1. General Provisions

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the NIMFA online store.
The policy is drafted in accordance with:
 • the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU);
 • the Dutch Civil Code, Articles 6:230p and 6:230s BW;
 • general EU e-commerce and hygiene product regulations.

NIMFA offers intimate and hygienic products intended for personal use.
Due to their nature, returns are strictly regulated to ensure customer safety and compliance with applicable laws.


2. No Right of Withdrawal for Intimate Products

Under EU and Dutch law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
 • products of intimate or hygienic nature;
 • products with opened or broken hygiene seals;
 • packaging that has been opened or shows signs of tampering;
 • items that show any indication of use or physical contact.

For these categories, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances.


3. Eligible Returns

Returns are only possible in the following cases:
 • manufacturing defect;
 • damage incurred during transport;
 • delivery of an incorrect item (wrong model, colour, or quantity).

Conditions:
 • the return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery;
 • the item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (except when reporting a defect).


4. Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must contact NIMFA at support@nimfa.nl, providing:
 • order number;
 • explanation of the issue;
 • clear photographic or video evidence.

Return requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Returns are accepted only after written approval from NIMFA.

Unapproved returns will not be processed.

6. Return Shipping Costs
 • If the return is not due to an error by NIMFA, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
 • If the return results from an error on the part of NIMFA (defect, wrong item), NIMFA will fully cover return shipping costs.


7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:
 • the customer will receive written confirmation;
 • approved refunds will be issued within 7–14 business days;
 • refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a NIMFA error.
